Training Sessions

Our qualified coaches run several training sessions a week.

May - September

  • Wednesday - 6:30pm to 8pm - strength and conditioning (Gladesville RSL)

  • Saturday - 8am to 10am - on water from Kissing Point Park 

  • Sunday - 8am to 10am - on water from Kissing Point Park

October - April

  • Tuesday - 6.30pm to 8.00pm - on water from Kissing Point Park

  • Wednesday - 6.30pm to 8pm - strength and conditioning (Gladesville RSL)

  • Thursday - 6.30pm to 8.00pm - on water from Kissing Point Park

  • Saturday - 8am to 10am - on water from Kissing Point Park 

  • Sunday - 8am to 10am - on water from Kissing Point Park
