We are now accepting donations to help our Ryde Dragon Boat Club members head to Adelaide!
Ryde DBC goal for this project is to raise funds to subsidise the costs towards our member's Race Fees. As a club, we will be aiming to send upwards of 60 paddlers to compete across the 6 days of dragon boat racing, from Juniors, Under 24s and adults up to 70+. This year we aim to enter an All Cancer Paddler team as well. We are aiming to qualify teams for the Club Crew World Championships in Spain in 2028 having competed in this event in Taiwan in Sep 2026.
Race Fees will cost $20,000+ dollars to enter teams across three categories of Mixed, Women's and Opens teams across three distances of 200m, 500m and 2,000m races.
Any financial help to get the team to Adelaide would be much appreciated.

Sponsorship Options
If your company is interested in sponsoring a local club that is focussed on community engagement please do contact us for information on our spponsorship packages. We have a range of packages to promote your brand, product or service throughout our club and the wider conmmunity. Our packages range in value from "Friends of Ryders" $500 to "Platinum" $10,000. Packages can be tailered and can include items such as:
- a dragon boat experience
- your logo on our boats, covers and/or paddles, event shirts (eg. Club Crew World Championships 2026)
- communications to our members and wider community
