About

Who we are

Ryde Dragon Boat Club (RDBC) is a start-up community (Not for Profit) sporting group, established in October 2021 and located in Kissing Point Park. The club strives to provide an opportunity for everyone in our community to participate in healthy, safe and inclusive dragon boating activities in a fun and family orientated environment. The club is managed by dedicated volunteer staff, all of whom work tirelessly to use their skills, time and assistance to ensure the club can offer a variety of structured programs. At RDBC we work hard and play hard both on and off the water!

As we are a local community sports club, our major source of revenue is generated from memberhsip fees, grants, sponsorship and donations received from generous individuals & businesses.  These funds are then reinvested into the club for the benefit of all members.

Our mission

To bring dragon boating to the local community and to become a leading club in developing, promoting and competing in the sport of dragon boat racing.

2022/23 Bragon Boats NSW Club of the Year

We are extremely proud of our club and our journey and grateful to our members, sponsors and the wider Ryde community that have welcomed and supported us over the past 1.5 years.
