Dragon Boating may be the only sport that ticks all the boxes - get onboard for team fitness, team fun, and team competition. Come and Try dragon boating at our RiverFest event - it's open to everyone aged 10 years and over! Whether you're looking for a new challenge or just a fun way to spend time with others, this is the perfect opportunity. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm! 

Riverfest is running from 19th - 27th September and is the Parramatta River Catchment Group’s annual, premier community event – celebrating the Parramatta River and surrounding creeks and environment! We love our training spot at Kissing Point on the Parramatta River and we’re holding a come and try session to celebrate and show off our stunning location!

Timings

10.30am arrive for registration and paddle/PFD fitting

What to bring?

• Water in a plastic bottle 
• Wear comfy exercise clothing & sunscreen
• Water shoes or old joggers (they will get wet) 
• A towel and change of clothes is also handy just in case

Paddles and PFDs are provided by Ryde Dragon Boat Club.

Location - Kissing Pt Park, near the ferry wharf, Ferries bring you directly to our site. Parking is available in nearby streets.
